		<description>Interesting post.  I would agree that a frequent and regular internal reflection is a good idea for anyone - single or in a relationship.  I might add that sharing what you find (good or bad) with your loved one may strengthen the relationship and build intimacy of the deepest kind.</description>

		<description>I love this entry because it allows me to learn more information to make the relationship work.  Thinking negative thoughts will add fuel to the hatred that you feel for your partner and likely put the relationship in a rocky situation which is a big NO-No.</description>
